Our client portal - a feature unique to fourteeneighteen

On our home page you will see a log in facility. When you first place an order with us, you will be provided with a Client Number and Password. After that, you can log in to your portal as often as you like, whenever you like. You can also set up access so your friends and family can see the results of our work.

Once you have logged in, you are taken to a listing of your projects, with each one showing how we are progressing.

When we have completed the work, as shown above for project number 5003, all documents and details that can be made available to you online can be accessed, simply by clicking on the project number.

You are automatically redirected to a webpage containing all of the information.

The web page contains our report on the success or otherwise of the various searches and, if you have ordered it, our interpretation and narrative of the story. We provide lots of supporting information that helps you understand the military terminology and timelines. All copies of documents that are in electronic format, such as photographs of army service records, unit war diaries, entries in rolls of honour and so on, are presented on the page and can be downloaded as often as you wish. If you wish and can do so, by sending us a photograph of the soldier we present it on the website, making the page a really attractive and lasting momento of his or her life.
