In order for us to accept and acknowledge your order, we ensure that you have given us clear consent for to process your personal data for the specific and lawful purpose of carrying out the work. For online orders, this is given by ticking the acceptance of our terms and conditions. Without that, the order is not accepted.

We also receive data about you when you pay our invoice, depending on the payment method you use:

  • Your bank account details, and/or
  • Your credit/debit card details; and/or
  • Your Paypal account details.

Our website also collects data that is used to enable the website to work and to collect statistical information for helping us track website usage. This data is not personal in nature but can include your IP address.

How we hold this data

Data that you send to us via our order form is held on our company computers and is also stored in encrypted “cloud” storage for backup purposes. This data is only accessible to the partners of fourteeneighteen.

Data that you send to us via online payment methods is stored by the banks that we employ for the purpose of receiving funds. We are able to see that data by logging into our accounts with those banks. Each bank has its own published data usage and privacy policy which you will be able to find at their websites.

Cookies generated through the use of our website are stored on your own computer and we have no access to them . Statistical data generated is held by our internet service host and is accessible to us by logging into our hosting account.

How we use your data

The data is employed only for the purposes of our core business processes of accepting your order, carrying out the services you have purchased, sending you the results of those services, and developing and maintaining our websites.

We do not use your data for any other purposes.

Your data is stored as described above for seven years and is subject to deletion after that time. This is purely to ensure that we can provide evidence of our financial accounting if requested to do so by financial authorities.
